A Publicis Sapient Review on the Annual gift promised to all people

Ever since the annual gift has been announced for all employees of Publicis Sapient, I have been in ecstasy. 

PS is the first organization in my career where I am getting an annual gift. I had gotten Diwali gifts and small tokens in my previous company, but they were a token of hard work in the project. Those rewards were selective, and we received them as an appreciation for a quarter. However, I must applaud the Publicis Sapient Gurgaon work culture and leadership’s openness in recognizing all people on the same scale. 

The annual gift at Publicis Sapient is a welcome gift of hope and happiness similar to the Christmas spirit. And the timing of the gift coincides with that too! 

All people in the organization, contractors and full-time employees alike, will get the gift once they register on the portal. I am still clueless about what the present can be, but two boxes will come, that’s for sure. We are supposed to get those between 15th December, 2021 and 15th January, 2022.
