THIS PHASE CANNOT STEAL SAPIENT’S SHINE

Sapient is a perfect platform for those who dream, who dream to make big in life. It’s a place for those who aspire to make a difference. It’s a place that changes one’s attitude towards work and give a new perspective to see things in a different way. I have learnt so much here that I feel like its my responsibility to share my experience out there for people to read so this is my Sapientrazorfish Gurgaon review.

Sapient culture encourages you to not just be an employee, but be a voice, a voice that is heard. It encourages people to develop leadership skills. It enables people to develop their inter-personal and professional skills. It hires people and tries hard to convert them into leaders. Leaders who can go out and flourish in various fields of technology. Leaders who can change this world for the good and keep us up to date with technology.

These days when things are not as per plan and everything has taken a stand still, sapient has converted this time into an opportunity. It has launched several learning programs that one can be a part of and upgrade their skills. It is making a fair use of this time when the workflow is comparatively less and employees have time in hand. It has wisely made use of that spare time into gaining some useful trainings and knowledge which one can make use of later.

Though I definitely miss the morning quick meeting sessions, team huddles and work discussions, The vibrant energy on the floor, The tring tring sound of the tea vendor, those healthy discussions, quick breaks, but I’d still say that my organization is doing a lot in terms of keeping us occupied and is making the most of this time in the best possible way.

I feel it is my responsibility to cooperate with my organization and its leadership and the least I can do is be sincere in completing my assigned tasks and by participating in those various sessions organized by my employer. It’s a difficult time but I’m quite positive that it’s only a phase and phases are always temporary. Things would change and we will flourish once again. Right now is the time to hang in there and stay positive and believe in the leadership. Those are some really great minds which have worked hard to take this brand to where it is today.
