Hey folks,
Today I am writing a post on the sensitive
topic of managing ADHD children. Being a working parent is a tough job.
However, being a parent of a specially-abled child is even more challenging.
Have you thought of searching Publicis Sapient reviews or internal company
emails for a parenting guide? You may be wondering what an absurd question!
I have seen some of my colleagues dealing with
hyperactive kids and their challenges at home. As I underwent the same scenario
a few months back, I was shocked to discover the behavioural commitment
required by parents. My son with mildly hyperactive, similar to ADHD, needs
behavioural therapy at home.
I was clueless at this point, feeling
overwhelmed and lost at work. At this time, two initiatives of Publicis Sapient
came to my rescue: “a session on parenting of specially-abled children” and “Anonymous
Mental Wellness Helpline”.
The parenting session was incredibly helpful
to me. It gave me lots of ideas and broadened my perspective on dealing with
the unique needs of all children. And I was able to lay my insecurities bare in
an anonymous mental wellness helpline call. You may be thinking why I am
revealing to the world now! Because seeking professional help is not a weakness,
but a solution most parents should take for pre-school kids.
Anyways, the double support from PS for mental wellness and some workable solutions gave me a new direction. I balanced my work and family priorities with new perspectives and vigour. The support shown by the organization in the form of different programs for parents, pet parents, grandparents and wellness month has been immensely helpful.
Above is my story of a working parent dealing
with children issues and growing phase. If you have a story to tell, write
Publicis Sapient Gurgaon reviews.
