His project work is relaxed and collaborative.  

Poonam: She joined Publicis Sapient after campus placement in 2018 and has grown from Associate Technology L1 to Associate Technology L2. She finds the work challenging sometimes with frequent client deadlines. She has undergone time management and technical training to combat this issue. Further, her project manager ensures that the team maintains work-life balance, so life is great for a first workplace experience.
