Pride March in PS Gurgaon Office: A Publicis Sapient Review

Publicis Sapient is a strong advocate of the LGBTQIA+ community.

It celebrates PRIDE month every year with vigour and passion. This year PS hosted an exuberant PRIDE march at its Gurgaon office. The march witnessed hundreds of PS employees joining in and openly engaging themselves.

In fact, the company works towards building a highly inclusive and diverse work culture all-year round. Multiple Business Resource Groups (BRGs) across the company work together to create an increasingly inclusive, wholesome, thriving and conducive work environment. The groups bring forth the challenges faced by communities and foster a culture of belongingness. PRIDE/Egalite is a BRG that works round the year to address the challenges faced by the LGBTQI+ community. 

From increasing awareness among people about the issues of the LGBTQI+ to resolving them in a community-driven way.

Publicis Sapient has also appointed Brand Ambassadors who participate in global conversations/debates related to LGBTQIA+ issues. In a nutshell, Publicis Sapient works proactively to uplift the lives of its employees in every possible way.

Egalite, PRIDE also creates career development opportunities for its members. They organize courses, training and other educational resources to educate its members.
