Publicis Sapient Gurgaon is well-known by IT professionals having 5-20 years of work experience. People admire the organization and leaders working there. My uncle has 30 years of work experience in Intel Corporation in the USA. He admires the company and encourages me to grow within the organization.
Below are some of the initiatives which have touched different
people within the organization.

I am not just naming these initiatives for the sake of naming.
My team members have attended some of the workshops and shared their positive
experiences. Hence, I know these webinars/workshops/communities are making an
impact.
Women Returnees
PS ran a ‘Spring’ campaign last year, where they highlighted
some of the women stories on LinkedIn also. My teammate is part of that cohort;
hence I know it was a genuine campaign. I think about 50 women with more than
one year of career break have been hired to date. This campaign ran in 2018 and
2021. There is a high probability that the ‘Spring’ campaign may be active
again in 2022.
People with Disabilities
PS recently posted a video on YouTube featuring some ‘People
with Disabilities’ inside the organization. I know for sure, one of them has
been part of PS for the last nine years, as I have worked with him. Hence, this
initiative is an inherent part of PS’s inclusive culture.
Internal Communities:
Like any big organization, Publicis Sapient also has multiple
internal communities where people engage with, connect and grow each other.
These communities are volunteer-led and conduct various sessions.
